Job Overview

We are seeking a talented expert in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, configure, and enhance modules such as Case Management, HR Services & Lifecycle Management, and HR Knowledge Management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement Employee Center/Employee Center Pro features for a seamless employee experience.
  • Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer and scripting.
  • Integrate HRSD with third-party systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
  • Maintain data confidentiality by setting up role-based access controls.
  • Troubleshoot module issues and enhance functionality.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and integrations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    - Proficiency in configuring Case Management, Lifecycle Management, and Knowledge Management.
    - Experience designing self-service portals with intuitive navigation.
    - Skilled in building automated processes using Flow Designer.
    - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
    - Knowledge of role/permission configuration and data access controls.
  • Soft Skills:
    - Ability to work effectively with HR and IT teams.
    - Resolve configuration and integration challenges promptly.
    - Create clear and detailed technical documentation.
