Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Junior to assist in the implementation of our HR Management System.

This role involves working closely with the HR and IT teams as well as the software vendor to ensure a smooth deployment of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end implementation of the HRMS, including data collection, validation, migration and testing.
  • Support the documentation of existing HR processes and map them into the HRMS.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify any bugs or functionality gaps.
  • Provide administrative support in the configuration of the HRMS, including employee profiles, leave policies, workflows and approvals.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for employees and managers.
  • Respond to user queries and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in recruitment processes.
