Process Engineer

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of process design, lean principles, manufacturing operations, and Value Stream Mapping.

To excel in this role, you must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and consolidate simulation inputs comprehensively. Your analytical skills should also enable you to analyze current state simulations to derive improvement scenarios that enhance line throughput and resource utilization.

  • Develop customized models using ProModel statements/logic code to meet unique requirements.
  • Perform hand calculations to validate simulation predictions theoretically.

Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in developing and deploying complete factory-level models using ProModel.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and proficiency in using Python for automating model development and scenario optimization.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or computer science is required. Certifications in process engineering or related fields are preferred but not necessary.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and optimizing factory-level operations.
