Job Title: Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth.
About the Role:

The role will involve working closely with operations teams to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and mentoring staff in continuous improvement techniques.

  • A strong understanding of lean principles and kaizen methodology is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including training and mentoring staff as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive business growth through process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, kaizen methodology, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
