We are seeking a strategic partner and co-founder to join our leadership team and shape the brand's future. This is an equity-based partnership against investment.

About the Role

This is not a conventional job—it is an equity-based partnership against investment.

As co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in defining Cleodora's growth strategy, positioning, and long-term vision while working hands-on to execute and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee design, product development, and/or retail operations.
  2. Build and execute strategies to scale Cleodora across India and globally.
  3. Drive innovation in collections, marketing, and customer engagement.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or brand building.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Willingness to invest and take ownership in the venture.
