Creative Campaigns Leader

- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency in output.
- Develop innovative creative ideas, scripts, and storytelling for ad films, integrated campaigns, and digital-first content.
- Collaborate with art, strategy, and client servicing teams to create campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
Drive concept development and ensure flawless execution of copy across digital, social, print, and video platforms. Partner with top brands to conceptualize and deliver iconic campaigns that set new standards in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5–6 years of experience in copywriting within advertising/digital agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns for leading brands (award-winning work is a plus).
- Expertise in digital advertising and branded storytelling.
- Proven ability to write, conceptualize, and execute scripts for ad films.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to inspire, nurture, and elevate copywriting talent.
