Job Title: Visionary Leader

We are seeking an experienced creative leader to drive our visual identity and develop a cohesive brand strategy across all touchpoints.

  • Define and uphold the creative vision and direction for branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work.
  • Drive brand strategy, growth initiatives, and management, ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work. They will also possess excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of branding, user experience, digital media, and print production.

The selected candidate will work closely with our founders and marketing leads to translate brand strategy into impactful execution across Figma, UI/UX, and campaign creative. They will also drive campaign execution and outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
