Blliis by Ravissant, now has an opening for a Creative Hair Director. One of India's premier luxury salons is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Hair Director to bring global artistry to our hair division.

We're looking for someone who can introduce advanced colouring and styling techniques while training and mentoring our in-house team to meet international standards.

Location: Blliis by Ravissant, New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for all hair services, setting global trends and introducing innovative techniques
  • Train and upskill stylists in advanced colouring, cutting, and high-fashion styling
  • Collaborate with management to develop exclusive looks and luxury service menus
  • Maintain the highest standards of client experience and luxury service delivery
Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Nationality / Experience Preference: From Paris, Dubai, the USA, Tokyo, or Italy, UK, Spain.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in luxury salons with proven expertise as a Creative Director, Senior Stylist, or Hair Educator

Skills Required

  • Advanced mastery in precision cutting, innovative colouring techniques, and global styling trends
  • Language: Fluent English (required for client communication and team training)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire a team
