Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop visual ideas for campaigns
    in collaboration with copywriters.
  • Define the look and feel of campaigns - layout, typography, color, photography, and design style.
  • Lead the design team in executing creative assets across multiple channels (digital, social, TV, print, OOH).
  • Present creative concepts and designs to clients and internal stakeholders
    with clarity and confidence.
  • Work closely with production teams, photographers, illustrators, and external vendors to deliver high-quality output.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity and design across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on design trends, cultural insights, and advertising innovations to keep work fresh and relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
  • 6-7 years' experience in a creative/advertising agency
  • Strong portfolio across digital & traditional media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
  • Exceptional storytelling, layout, typography & branding skills
  • Strong communication, presentation & leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
