Location - Kirti Nagar (West Delhi)

Work setup - On - site (5 days WFO & All Saturdays are WFH + Half Days)

Role Overview

As the
Art Director
at Fraganote, you will be the driving force behind the visual language of our brand. You will lead the creative development and execution of all design projects — from concept to delivery — ensuring that every piece of visual communication reflects our brand's identity and resonates with our audience. This role requires a hands-on creative with a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through design, and the leadership skills to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of all brand visuals, including packaging, digital assets, social media content, print materials, and marketing campaigns.

  • Define and maintain Fraganote's visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visuals.

  • Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external creative partners when needed.

  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and engagement.

  • Stay up to date with design trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

  • Oversee photo shoots, video production, and other content creation initiatives to ensure high-quality visual storytelling.

  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets within deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with at least 2 years in a creative leadership or art direction role.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, particularly in
    lifestyle, beauty, or luxury brands.

  • Mastery of
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

  • Experience in both digital and print design.

  • Strong
    conceptual thinking
    and a passion for branding and storytelling.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Experience in photography direction, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is a plus.
