Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director/Designer to lead our design team and develop visually stunning content for various clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent design and video editing skills, and the ability to take inputs/feedback from the clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement creative concepts and designs for various marketing campaigns and government projects.
2. Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
3. Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive brand messaging.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in art direction and design.
2. Strong portfolio in videos, print, social media design, events, website UI/UX etc.
3. Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Figma etc.
4. Excellent communication and leadership, ability to meet deadlines.
5. Mandatory to have advertising agency experience along with government experience.
6. Degree/diploma in design/visual arts/multimedia/similar
Preference would be given to Delhi based candidates.
