As the creative force behind our visual identity, you'll lead a team of designers, translating brand strategies into striking visuals that command attention and drive engagement.

If you can turn a blank canvas into a visual masterpiece and bring campaigns to life across digital and offline platforms, we want you on our side. Key Responsibilities:Lead the Charge: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring creative output is consistently high-quality, on-brand, and on-time. Brand Whisperer: Work closely with internal stakeholders and brand teams to understand briefs, interpret business objectives, and develop strong creative strategies.

Creative Conductor: Transform insights and briefs into compelling concepts—whether it's a campaign(digital), product packaging, or a full-blown brand refresh. From Concept to Creation: Own the creative process end-to-end—from ideation, moodboards, and layout design to final delivery. Craft the Visual Language: Guide and evolve the visual identity for all IndoBevs brands, ensuring consistency, impact, and freshness across touchpoints.

Push Boundaries: Experiment with new media, techniques, and platforms to keep our creative fresh, relevant, and scroll-stopping. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and design innovations. Implement modern design approaches and inspire your team to do the same.

Design with Intention: Balance aesthetics with functionality. Use layout, typography, color, and storytelling to not just beautify—but communicate and convert. What

You Bring:5+ years of experience in visual design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, brand-building, and cross-platform versatility. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Bonus if you know motion graphics tools like After Effects or Figma for digital/web design. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.

A collaborative mindset—comfortable giving and receiving feedback, managing deadlines, and leading creative critiques. The ability to think strategically while getting your hands dirty in design. Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred—but what we really care about is your creative chops.

Preferred Skills:Experience in FMCG, alcohol/beverages, or lifestyle categories is a plus. Understanding of production processes for both print and digital. Familiarity with UI/UX or packaging design adds extra flair.
