Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to lead our Service Delivery Unit. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal leadership position in driving the success of our clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal delivery teams to review incidents, problems, and operations issues impacting clients.
  • Drive teams to remediate problems and provide root cause analysis as needed.
  • Supervise Service Delivery Supervisors and client teams to establish and maintain a motivated and skilled service delivery workforce.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead department-level projects to realize corporate goals and strategies.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Talent Management: Coach direct reports to be effective in both client management and people management.
  • Client Services: Oversee daily operations of each client team to ensure client satisfaction; manage email, phone, or in-person interactions with clients.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve high-impact client issues or new situations by analyzing root cause, identifying key steps, and executing necessary changes.
  • Project Management: Stay informed of corporate goals and strategies; identify and lead department-level projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including 1+ years as a Strategic Operations Manager.
  • Experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, US Process, and International BPO Operation Non-voice process.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
