About Us

BetterInvest is a leading provider of financing solutions for the media and entertainment industry. We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development to join our team and help drive growth in our high-net-worth client segment.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment preferences, risk appetite, and financial goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Promote Better Invest's financing solutions, focusing on invoice discounting opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, with a focus on HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices.
  • Prior experience in alternative investments, private banking, or wealth management is preferred.
  • Extensive network of HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and private wealth managers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to articulate complex financial products clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
