At Aparajita Consultancy Services, we are seeking an experienced Head of Growth and Development to lead our Business Development efforts. This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly.
  • Leverage your expertise in BDM (Business Development Management) to identify new opportunities for staff augmentation and IT outsourcing, while ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize our sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development Management, with a proven track record of success in staff augmentation and IT outsourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the sales process, able to develop and execute effective business development plans.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to inform business decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
