Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead the delivery of scalable and efficient HR services across our global operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across our global entities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving process excellence, and championing automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.

They will also ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across global entities.
  • Process Excellence & Standardization: Drive harmonization of HR processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and champion automation and scalability.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams.
