About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Goel Scientific Glass Works Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify new prospects
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and revenue increase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product promotion and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B setting
- Proven ability to plan and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Ability to travel regularly (100%)
