Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team at POWER IT SERVICES. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding & Implementation: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and successful implementation of our solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value throughout their journey.
- Customer Success Planning: Develop tailored plans to drive customer success and retention.
- Feedback & Advocacy: Gather feedback from clients and advocate for their needs within our organization.
- Churn Prevention & Retention: Proactively identify potential churn risks and develop strategies to prevent client loss.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on client progress and insights.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles, ideally in (industry).
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market; company covers expenses per policy.
- Skills: Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Trust-Building: Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
