Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to drive growth in our bakery ingredients segment. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with B2B clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the bakery food ingredients segment (milk powder, cake icing, sugar).
  • Customer Engagement: Target and sell to B2B clients, including bakeries, manufacturers, and distributors, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay informed on competitor activity to refine sales approaches.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG and food ingredients.
  • Performance Metrics: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the food ingredients market, including key players and market dynamics.

Salary Estimate

Our salary estimate for this role is between ₹12,00,000 to ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
