- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and achieve zonal sales targets and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all centers.
- Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals across the zone.
- Design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
Customer Focus and Communication:
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
- Act as a communication bridge between corporate offices and center teams.
Representative Role:
- Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
