Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all centers to ensure seamless execution and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all centers.
  • Drive sales initiatives to meet revenue goals across the zone.
  • Design and execute zonal marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and manage center heads and their respective teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

Customer Focus and Communication:

  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction across centers.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, sales achievements, and financial results to senior management.
  • Act as a communication bridge between corporate offices and center teams.

Representative Role:

  • Represent the organization at relevant events, conferences, and meetings within the zone.
