Global Customer Experience Representative

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at IGT Solutions as Global Customer Experience Representatives. These roles will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
About the Role:
As a Global Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their travel-related queries. You will utilize your expertise in GDS commands to provide efficient solutions for ticketing, refunds, and cancellations. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively interface with customers, clients, and vendors, escalating concerns to relevant supervisory staff when necessary.
You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA). Additionally, you will handle calls, emails, and chats simultaneously to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your focus on customer satisfaction will drive your performance, with an emphasis on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by our Performance measurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Utilize GDS commands to resolve customer inquiries related to ticketing, refunds, and cancellations
- Interface with customers, clients, and vendors to address their needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records and complete end-to-end travel requirements for both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and desktop applications to deliver superior customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English language
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel processes
- Proficient in using Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
