KGK Group is a leading global diamond jewelry company, and we are seeking an experienced Global B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across international markets.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage relationships with key business clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients across the geographies aligned, as well as meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Business development and new client acquisition
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Monthly/Quarterly reporting of Sales and current projects to the Management
  • Building strategy for the smooth flow in sales execution, end-to-end process of Sales Execution
  • Preparing for the Exhibition and Trade Shows
  • Cold Calling, Client Meeting, Lead Generation
  • Order Opening, Pricing & Cataloguing
  • Supervise backend sales operation for assigned location
  • Coordination with Logistic & Shipping Team for smooth flow of goods
  • General Correspondence with Client, communicating for after-sales services
  • Be a point of contact for Sales Team & Factories
  • Coordination with Factory & Designing Team
  • Coordinate with Graphics Team for Client Presentation
  • Team Management – Coaching, mentoring, provide sales & system training

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree or Diploma in Jewelry or MBA in Marketing, 3-10 years experience in B2B sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition.

Skills: Verbal and Written Communication, Ability to articulate ideas clearly & Understanding client needs and responding appropriately, Lead Generation and Prospecting: Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
