About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Business Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level support to our Director, including decision-making, prioritization, and follow-ups on critical matters.
  • Operational Coordination: Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews, tracking KPIs, operational performance, and progress of strategic projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience with strong exposure to production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or any related field, along with an MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputable institution.
