Strategic Operations Manager

A high-impact professional is sought after to drive strategic initiatives and support the founder in leading a start-up within the beauty and personal care industry. This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, optimizing operations, and facilitating internal and external communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consulting, start-ups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care, with 2-4 years of experience. They should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, being comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan by partnering with the founder and leadership team, setting goals, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Act as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
