Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster and ensure teams are working towards these targets
  • Regularly Assess Performance: Regularly assess performance and take corrective actions as needed
