Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand plans and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform forecasting and planning decisions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demand Planning and Forecasting experience in consumer goods, food and beverage or manufacturing industries (8-10 years)
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Optimization processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales and Marketing teams globally
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
