HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition & Development

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all labor laws. This role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
  • Onboarding: Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions (sales, site, back office).
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff).
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and employee feedback, and coordinate training workshops on sales techniques, customer handling, compliance, and soft skills.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and 5–8 years of HR experience (real estate, construction, or sales-driven industries preferred).
