**Technical Leadership Opportunity**

We're seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to drive innovation, scalability, and high-performing systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll oversee the development of cutting-edge fintech products used by millions.

  • Build scalable systems with efficient Golang code that can handle high traffic without breaking a sweat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features and projects.
  • Maintain code quality through thorough PR reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and product backlog discussions to keep everyone aligned.
  • Keep technical documentation up to date for seamless knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of backend development experience, including at least 4+ years in Golang. Strong system design skills and experience building large-scale systems are essential.
