We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with modern Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, and Pydantic for data validation & schema management. They will also be proficient in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and have experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices
  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance
  • Leverage modern frameworks to ship production-ready code
  • Work closely with AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLMs and GenAI-driven insights
  • Ensure security, reliability, and performance across backend services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of backend development experience
  • Expert in Python and modern frameworks: FastAPI / Django / Flask
  • Pydantic for data validation & schema management
  • SQLAlchemy / Alembic for database ORM and migrations
  • Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integrations or agentic frameworks
