Performance Marketing Specialist

At our D2C store, we're growing fast and looking for someone to fuel our growth with smart, high-impact performance marketing. If you love Google Ads dashboards as much as creative brainstorming, this role is for you.

You'll own and scale campaigns that directly drive our business forward. You'll work side by side with experienced marketers, experiment with new ideas, and see instant impact.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch & Scale → Run high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Optimize Relentlessly → Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions and squeeze out better results daily
  • Test Like a Pro → Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Collaborate with Creatives → Turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert
  • Dive Into Data → Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency)
  • Obsessed with numbers, data, and dashboards
  • Confident with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Sheets
  • Analytical but also creative → you know when to crunch and when to experiment
  • Self-starter, curious, and eager to try new things in a fast-paced environment
