
Sales Development Specialist

We're seeking a proactive professional to join our sales development team. The ideal candidate will possess sharp judgment and be able to identify prospects requiring personalization and effectively engage them.
This role plays a vital part in nurturing warm leads from our outreach campaigns, ensuring no opportunities are lost due to generic responses.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor replies from email/marketing campaigns and promptly engage prospects.
- Draft professional and context-aware responses.
- Identify high-potential leads and escalate them to the sales team.
- Nurture conversations to keep prospects interested and engaged.
- Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and outreach tools.
- Proven experience in administrative support or client coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting).
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, and basic CRM systems is advantageous.
