Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive sales of life insurance products through effective prospecting, relationship management, and customer servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, market visits, and digital platforms.
  • Acquire new customers and cross-sell life insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 1-7 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Prior experience in BFSI/insurance/financial products sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
