Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the timely supply of finished goods and maximizing operational efficiency to meet customer demands.

This strategic position involves optimizing inventory levels, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving forecast accuracy.

  • Demand Planning: Create demand plans based on forecasts from online and offline sales channels, resolve significant variances, and drive forecast accuracy through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supply Planning & New Product Development: Lead production planning for existing and new products, ensure timely launches, roll out new products, identify risks proactively, and mitigate business losses.
  • Inventory and Service Management: Develop inventory management strategies, optimize inventory while ensuring service levels are met, monitor inventory health, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and maintain accurate demand plans to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy and resolve variances.
  • Lead production planning for existing and new products to ensure timely launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning.
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP-MM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
