AI-Powered Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting our cutting-edge AI-driven Human Resources platform.
This role is crucial in converting qualified leads into satisfied clients, primarily focusing on outsourcing companies and consultancies.
The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing relationships, demonstrating our product's value, and closing deals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from LinkedIn and Facebook campaigns
- Schedule and manage product demonstration appointments via Google Meet
- Deliver compelling, tailored presentations of our AI-driven HR platform to potential clients
- Follow up with prospects, address concerns, and negotiate terms to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Provide regular updates to the US-based team, including after-hours communication when necessary
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or HR technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM India time, with flexibility for occasional after-hours calls
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the HR outsourcing and consultancy landscape
- B2 Proficiency or Better in English
Salary and Benefits:
