Chief Technology Officer - A Dynamic Leadership Role for a Technological Visionary

**Company Overview:**
HRTech is an innovative HRTech organization dedicated to developing and marketing cutting-edge Generative AI-supported SaaS products. Our mission is to empower organizations to strengthen their practices for People and Culture.

We are a startup established by an HR Veteran and successful entrepreneur, backed by a passionate research team from a renowned consulting organization operating in the People and Culture space for over a decade. With an ambitious growth plan, we aim to become a US$ 20M organization within three years, growing from our current valuation of US$ 2.5M to a 50,000-strong direct user base.

We are currently crafting a G2M strategy, deploying the Beta Version of our product, and exploring investments from the open market. We seek a talented, forward-thinking Technology leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to transform human resource management processes and has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Role Purpose:
As Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for leading our technology team and setting the technology strategy for the organization. You will oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that support our Generative AI-powered SaaS product range. Your role also involves building and managing an execution team comprising product and engineering professionals.

The position requires you to be part of our top management team, collaborating effectively with other leaders to formulate and execute our business strategy. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our business goals.
2. Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure technology initiatives meet business objectives and user needs.
3. Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that power our Generative AI-Powered SaaS products.
4. Manage the technology team, providing guidance and leadership to your colleagues.
5. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget.
6. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement by evaluating new technologies and tools.
7. Monitor and analyze technology trends to stay ahead of the curve.
8. Maintain the security and compliance of our technology infrastructure with relevant regulations.
9. Foster collaboration between departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure technology initiatives support overall business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
2. Strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in SaaS products.
3. Proven experience in successfully leading technology teams and managing complex technology projects.
4. Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile tools and processes.
5. Experience with cloud infrastructure and services like AWS or Google Cloud.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
