We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technology Director to join our team at Advantmed India LLP.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of our technology systems. This role requires a strong background in IT management, with experience in implementing and maintaining complex systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy Development: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's objectives, incorporating new technologies and best practices.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, setting goals, providing feedback, and supporting their growth and development.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting required quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers, evaluating their performance and ensuring they meet our needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with a master's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in IT management, with expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Backup software, Disaster Recovery, Datacentre operations, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, firewalls, and load balancers, as well as cloud infrastructure planning, design, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Admin, including Azure Active Directory, MDM, Intune, and demonstrated ability to manage IT systems and staff remotely.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with a strong ability to plan and execute technology projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field is preferred. Relevant certification (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, Azure Certified solution Architect, AWS Certified Solution Architect) would be advantageous.
