We are seeking an experienced Insurance Data Governance Lead to bridge business and data management functions within the insurance sector.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving data governance initiatives and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will lead end-to-end project management and delivery oversight, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Oversee resource allocation, task prioritization, and monitoring of project deliverables.
  • Data Governance: Support data quality improvement, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Business Requirements: Map business requirements to data governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organizational data strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication, issue resolution, and progress updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance and financial services domain.
  • MBA (Finance)/CA/any other equivalent professional degree.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
