Job Overview

  • Drive architectural design of Workday tenant configurations to meet business objectives.
  • Develop future-proof solutions that meet regulatory compliance standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks for configuration changes.
  • Oversee security design and access controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
About the Position

The selected individual will be responsible for leading architectural design, governance, and system integrity across Workday modules, ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.

This includes driving change processes, managing security design and access controls, and conducting regular audits to maintain documentation and configuration inventories.

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and comply with regulations.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
