Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workday Functional Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to utilize their technical expertise and business acumen to drive success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into effective Workday configurations, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules according to business requirements.
  • Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
  • Act as a key resource for the offshore team, providing leadership and guidance in establishing processes, governance, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants as the team grows.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
