As a key member of our team, the Revenue Accountant plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This critical position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will support the Senior Director of Revenue Operations in various activities, including monthly revenue close processes and invoicing tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to intercompany email communications as needed.
  • Entering time and journal entries for international projects with non-Workday entities.
  • Processing international passthrough billing and associated journal entries.
  • Reviewing intercompany billing with Worktag entities.
  • Initiating and tracking intercompany payoffs.
  • Calculating and distributing manual rebates to non-Workday entities.
  • Reviewing Workday rebates for new projects.
  • Performing manual calculations for referral fees, premier discounts, and other compensation.

To excel in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting under US GAAP framework.
  • Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in tax or accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
