Job Title: Employee Data Governance Specialist

This position provides Human Resources support services to onshore employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service. The specialist will perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities including workflow processing, Service Now Cases and managing Workday reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday and Service Now expertise
  • Hire to retire HR transactions EDM, HR Admin, employee life cycle events
  • Good to have Workday reporting experience which involves validating data/employee records for data hygiene
  • Promotions, personal data changes, separation, cost center changes, transfers, compensation changes in the Specific workday modules
  • Workday Inbox/filters management
  • Sandbox for workday testing
  • Preparing and publishing weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining confidentiality and good organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and handle pressure
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Ability to coach the team and lead by example

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in US and Europe HRO verticals
  • Expert level knowledge of Workday and Service Now is a must
  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
