Financial Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced deal pricing and financial professional to support our commercial negotiations and pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, practice, and finance teams to develop commercial propositions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present profit and loss views of deals, including key metrics and ROI details, to business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain client submission templates, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Track and report managed service deals, highlighting key metrics for business reviews.
  • Analyze multi-dimensional data from finance, HR, and operations teams to generate insightful reports and analytics.
  • Monitor pipeline data for accuracy and ensure up-to-date information is available for vertical leaders.
  • Track and report periodic movement in sales pipeline and take ownership of monthly forecasting exercises.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance or related field, with 2-3 years of experience in deal pricing and reporting.
  • Prior experience in pricing and reporting, preferably in a services company.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage analytics requirements directly for Executive Leadership Team.
