Job Description

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for leading deal pricing across various engagement models, ensuring competitive positioning while protecting profitability.

  • Drive deal pricing for pursuits across multiple contract types.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to design commercial models that balance client competitiveness with business objectives.
  • Develop, review, and maintain pricing models & cost sheets; ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks, margins, and financial impact of large deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong expertise in deal pricing, financial modeling, and margin analysis.
  • Solid understanding of IT services business models.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and scenario modeling tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Additional Information

MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution is mandatory. 3–6 years of experience in deal pricing / business finance / FP&A roles within IT services organizations is also required.
