We are currently hiring for a key role in our team, the Booking Team Executive. As the first point of contact for international guests, you will have a significant impact on their experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for sales with a customer-centric approach. Our comprehensive training program will equip you to efficiently handle emails and other tasks, while delivering a personalized experience for each guest.
Experience required - 6 months to 3 years.
- Answering booking enquiries of guests in a friendly manner is essential to providing an exceptional service.
- Paying attention to the guest's requirements ensures understanding of enquiries and gives an appropriate response.
- Providing accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc is crucial.
- Assisting with marketing tasks when needed supports business growth.
Qualifications:
A degree in tourism or Public Relations is preferred but not required.
Fluent in English (excellent grammar) is a must.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) enable effective collaboration.
Good computer skills, including the ability to type and navigate through multiple applications, are necessary.
An interest in the travel and hospitality industry drives passion for the job.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts is required.
