A Country Quality Director role is now available, where you will champion quality programs and systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your expertise will drive process analyses, audit preparation, and resolution of findings. You will also coordinate legal requests, ensure quality assurance programs are maintained, and facilitate uniform standards worldwide.

This position requires a strong leader who can direct and lead a team, manage performance, develop talent, engagement, and inclusion. You will communicate business and operational developments, plan, prioritize, and direct responsibilities. Goal achievement will be accomplished through the performance of direct and indirect reports.

The ideal candidate has a Baccalaureate degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of managerial experience. This role is eligible for a short-term incentive and an annual long-term incentive plan.
