What you'll do?

  • Bring character to every brief, shaping narratives that reflect a brand's true identity
  • Channel your enthusiasm into decoding people, culture, and context to uncover real insights
  • Apply strategic skill to craft brand thinking that moves work forward with purpose and clarity
  • Lead brand strategy across campaigns digital, mainline, and everything in between
  • Dive into consumer behavior, pop culture, and data to mine insights that fuel big ideas
  • Collaborate with creative, design, media, and client teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Build decks and narratives that are strategic, sharp, and story-driven
  • Help develop campaign platforms and guide them from brief to execution
  • Mentor junior strategists, and be a thought partner to creatives and account leads alike

Who you are?

  • 6–8 years of experience in brand or creative strategy, preferably within an agency environment
  • Equal parts analytical and intuitive, with a strong grasp of cultural nuance and digital behavior
  • Your decks don't just list information they tell stories and spark imagination
  • You move easily between big-picture thinking and granular execution
  • Collaborative, articulate, and confident someone who adds value in every room
  • You thrive in ambiguity and turn it into structured, strategic clarity
  • Most importantly, you bring your own unique character, energy, and craft into everything you do.

Bonus points if you..

  • Have worked across both legacy and challenger brands
  • Know how to scale strategy across content, campaigns, and platforms
  • Have built pitch decks or case studies that have made people take notice.
