Amber is seeking a strategic Senior Copywriter to shape the voice of our global student housing brand.

Role Overview

This role combines creativity with brand storytelling, where you will develop compelling copy across digital, print, social media, and video scripts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content IPs that drive audience engagement and brand affinity.
  • Lead large-scale creative campaigns that align with brand objectives based on market and consumer insights.
  • Craft award-winning concepts, activations, and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all communication touchpoints.
  • Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive impactful content strategies.
  • P present creative ideas and copy to clients and internal stakeholders with strong rationale and strategic insights.
  • Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to the creative excellence of the team.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a copywriter in an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale campaigns, brand positioning projects, and content-led initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop award-winning ideas, activations, and brand experiences.
  • Exceptional storytelling, conceptual thinking, and writing skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing content IPs across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
  • A deep understanding of digital and social media trends and their impact on brand communication.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
