Content Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to lead our client's content efforts through impactful digital and social media campaigns. This pivotal role is responsible for driving innovative content strategies, managing a talented writer team, and ensuring high-quality content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the overall content strategy, aligning it with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Manage a writer team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster their growth and ensure high-quality output.
  • Drive engaging digital and social media campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
  • Actively brainstorm ideas for compelling content pieces and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
  • Track content performance meticulously using relevant analytics, deriving insights to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior content role, preferably leading a team.
  • A strong portfolio of successful content strategies and campaigns.
Prioritizing Quality and Collaboration:
  • Ensure the consistently quality of all content produced and guarantee timely delivery to meet publishing schedules and campaign deadlines.
  • Foster strong collaboration across teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to ensure content supports broader organizational goals and initiatives.
