Senior Design Strategist

This is a senior-level leadership position where you will oversee the management of our design and operations teams. Your expertise will guide them through sales and design processes, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist franchise partners in optimizing their sales funnel to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of 12-15 projects per month.
  • Manage the work output of partner and team for 5 stores.
  • Support partners in hiring talented designers through technical interviews.
  • Train designers to meet predictable sales and design targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer experience and relationships.
  • Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
  • Lead the design and site delivery team, ensuring they meet delegated responsibilities and coordinate vendor and business partner relationships throughout project completion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management/Construction Management from a top-tier institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong independence and time management skills.
