
Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer databases by contacting, collecting inquiries, and sending offers regularly.
- In charge of sourcing and selling plastic resins including PP, PE, PET & PVC from Indian producers and distributors.
- Represent the company at meetings and conferences in India and international tradeshows to promote products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with Indian resin producers.
- Assist the Branch Manager to monitor logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
- Conduct market research by gathering market information for price setting to specific markets.
- Prepare marketing reports; market situation and competitors' products to analyze market trends based on region, seasonality, and customer habits.
- Develop marketing ideas and strategies to gain potential customers' interest.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
- In-depth understanding about polymer market in India.
- Able to be on abroad or domestic business trips.
- In-depth understanding of the latest business policies and regulations.
Skills:
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.
- Time and task management.
- Ability to work independently under high pressure and flexibility work environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields. MBA degree is preferred.
